We’re located in Westridge Square Shopping Center in the corner of Battleground Avenue and Westridge Road, next to Leon’s style salon.
Appointments
To better accommodate your requested service, appointments are strongly recommended. We may require a deposit charge to a credit card for certain spa packages or services in order to secure an appointment.
Deposit
A 20% deposit is required for all services. Deposits will be credited toward your services and are non-refundable.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, and appointment is strongly recommended.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of our specialty tea. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened as a courtesy to our next guest.
Personal Possessions
As we are not liable for loss or damaged personal articles, we strongly suggest that you arrange for your valuables prior to arriving at the spa.
Cell Phones and other Electronic Devices
To ensure that all Sorella’s guest visits are in a relaxing environment, we ask that you mute or turn off cell phones, pagers and all other electronic devices.
Gratuity
Our professional staff is committed to provide excellent services. Gratuity is not included in the service prices but is always appreciated.
Business Hours
Monday through Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am-7pm, (Sunday noon-5pm: by appointments only).
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. Any amount lower than $25 will be charged an additional 50 cents. Sorry, we are not able to accept personal checks.
Cancellations
We require a 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
Return and Exchange Policies
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any return, exchange or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates and spa packages that were purchased. We can only exchange your series of treatments that was purchased for other spa services, products or give you a spa credit of equal value.
Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Coupon and Discount Policy
We are not able to combine coupons or give additional discount on treatment series and spa packages. All spa packages, treatment series and gift certificates are required to pay in full. Coupons cannot be used to purchase a gift certificate.
