Spa Policy

Appointments
Walk-In appointments are welcome but advance appointments str recommended to ensure your requested service is available at a time convenient to your schedule.

Deposit
A 20% deposit is required for all service appointments. Deposits will be credited toward your services and are non-refundable.

Cancellations
We require a 24 hour advance notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Services cancelled less than 24 hours may receive one courtesy reschedule. No Shows or reschedules greater than one time will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment.

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment complete any required forms. Late arrival appointments may be shortened as a courtesy to our next scheduled guest. All guest should mute or turn off all cellphones/electrical devices prior to entering the spa. Please keep all conversational volume and other noise to a minimum for the courtesy of other patrons in the spa.

Personal Possessions
Sorella Day Spa is not liable for lost or damaged possessions. We strongly suggest that you arrange for the proper storage of your valuables prior to arriving at the spa.

Gratuity
Our staff are committed to providing excellent service. Gratuity is not included in the service prices unless noted, but is always appreciated. A gratuitous payment of 20% or more of your service total is standard.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. We also accept ApplePay and Sorella Day Spa gift cards and gift certificates. We are unable to accept checks.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policies
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any return, exchange or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates and spa packages that were purchased. We can only exchange your series of treatments that was purchased for other spa services, products or give you a spa credit of equal value.

Gift Cards and Certificates
Gift cards and certificates purchased from Sorella Day Spa may be used to purchase any service or product, unless noted. Gift cards and certificates unless specified, cannot be used to reserve pricing for a promotional or regularly priced item. Sorella Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates. Sorella Day Spa reserves the right to deny the use of any gift card or gift certificate for any reason.

Coupon and Discount Policy
We are unable to combine coupons or apply coupons/discounts to services already discounted, such as spa packages, giftcards, gift certificates and membership services.
